You were clearly discriminated against...I would make them pay. A properly worded letter explaining how you are meeting with your attorney to file a discrimination suit against them might do the trick. A call to a media consumer advocate will definitely work. Not only do you want your $150 back, you also want compensation for the embarrassment and inconvenience. If you want to be an ass...demand a public apology!Hey everyone just wanted to let you know this dive thinks its ok to charge me $150 for smoking in my room when that wasn't the case. I was in the room spinning one up to go have outside when I left the room I ran into the maid. Anyways the morning I go to get up and find a letter under the door that $150 had been stole off of my credit card due to smoking. Wtf so I went to the front desk explained I was not smoking in my room when this bitch pulls a picture out of a piece of brown leaf or some shit from the bathroom floor !!! Wtf so I said that's your proof then this witch says well your room smelled like marijhana lol so explained I have a medical lisence she still wouldn't take the charge off!!! What a fucken joke
