You were clearly discriminated against...I would make them pay. A properly worded letter explaining how you are meeting with your attorney to file a discrimination suit against them might do the trick. A call to a media consumer advocate will definitely work. Not only do you want your $150 back, you also want compensation for the embarrassment and inconvenience. If you want to be an ass...demand a public apology!
