I am not a fan of you soliciting for patients openly on this board. I am sure it violates the TOU in one way or another, esp as you are openly stating prices at which you are going to sell your meds.
You have 6k watts and your going to charge $175 an oz? Yeah thats "caregiving" at its finest.

I dont think he is advertising to anyone, he is just looking to fill his patient slots and believe it or not, that IS pretty compassionate for here in RI right now (I know, thats not great, but it is what it is). When the dispensaries open (next week) we'll start to see the street prices come down and in turn, the c/g prices too. The first to open (Thomas Slater Compassion Center) has a plan for some pretty aggressive pricing. They are also offering additional discounts to elderly, end of life and ssi patients. The standard here in RI will be re-established. Good days ahead for patients. Rick, post in my grow group, I'm sure some of the growers know legitimate folks looking to fill spots.

Dude, people post these all the time... besides, now that dispensary may be compensating for extra meds then my plan was to provided free meds at beginning of month to my patients. No need for compensation when the dispensary will provide that legally.

Also, your from colorado man, go to your own section... in ri there are dozens and dozens of people asking 300 a zip. 175 is more than fair. Either way in short time there will be no fee for meds to my patients so get over yourself. When i made this post i included everything i could think of a patient would like to know up front. Therefore, patient can decide on his/her own if she was interested before contacting me.

Rich- thanks for stickin up for me. Appreciate it. Your right though alot will change when doors open at slater center. If mods dont like this post they can delete it at will.

Most people buying on street cause they wanna/need to smoke for whatever reason. Then they get a card and hate the people who buy on the street. Now they live in a legal state where no card needed and they think its ok to degrade cardholders...

I guarentee 80% of cardholders medicated before cards were even thought about. Now some think causer they have a card they can dictate whats right and wrong...

There is a ton of people who could use weed as medicine and it would help them but the doctors dont agree with using it as medicine in there generation so they get denied. Should they not find a way to medicate? ... not saying i sell on street or agree with selling on the street cause i wouldnt and dont. I am saying that weed was not discovered when the cards were legal. People need to get off there high horses considering they picked up a joint before legally being a patient. Hypocrits.

I have no problem with selling to patients , tell me, do you charge and pay a sales tax on your sales, do you report the income to the federal gov so they can get their illegal blood money from income?

Maybe cause everyone and there dog new what weed is and how to use it BEFORE the states said its medical all of a sudden

As a reply to new post... soon enough in rhode island anyways. Dispensary will compensate so yes taxes get payed. I do not see the big deal to this entire thing.

your profit will soon dwindle , the fed hasn't really fucked with Colorado much because they've already taken the profit from the average person. now these other places with 70 gram a day and 300 plant count limits, fucking ridiculous.

Good, go cry on there posts where they are asking how to commercially grow and go cry to cali where they are allowed 99 fucking plants as a patient AND grow outside where yields triple with less money spent so profit is 4x as much and only 30% of there medicine stays in there state... but no people cant cause they were at one point in time on Californias nuts for passing it in first place to start it. Hypocrite. Im done with this thread im going to pm a mod to delete it. As like many threads on this forum there are too many people that think there way is the right way and people should abide by there beliefs.

My open patient slot i will go fill off criagslist to the people who are broke an are sick since like i said my meds will be free to them soon enough. Sorry hydro stores do not donate there equipment and electric companys do not donate the bills.

Lol, i think i just been online too much lately... reading all these people who think they above others. Not fair thats all. We are not all fortunate enough to give away meds just yet and every house legally grow it yet... in time these things will come. For now people make due with what is legally allowed... keep in mind there are cg just like myself who do it for family and learn the trade. Then realize the extra meds can be put to good use to random people. However, i have a 9month child whom is not worth jeprodizing to help random people out. Hate to say it but people can be patients and lie and steal.

I remember here everyone getting their cards JUST so they could sell to dispensaries, that was soon nipped.

so in RI are you subject to inspections being a cg?

He's lucky I can't move it across states from Michigan or I'd smash that 175/oz and say 'pay what you can, as or if you can'.. that's what the community is about, to me.. anyway.

This is not allowed here, you are soliciting for patients and that is not allowed. You are offering to sell product, that is not allowed. Consider this a nice warning, i am going to be much more active now in closing threads against TOU.
