Buck...

I think you turned the page on me...Chesusrice said that the private Ins companies are going to compete with Obama care..Obama care pays for part of a lot of peoples policies...Do private Ins companies get the same deal for there customers?....How can they compete with that deal?
Private insurance companys ARE Obamacare.
They will be competing against each other in the state exchanges
They will also be competing for gobverment subsidized plans as well

I am sure you are a fan of the free market
Why wont the free market work in this case?

Once private companies have interference or subsidies from the government, they are no longer private.

You don't know what the free market is. The free market doesn't involve coercion.

Correction, the fair market doesn't involve coercion.

How about fair trade?
A fair trade is one where the involved parties agree to the terms absent any coercion or unwanted involvement of other parties. I support those kinds of interactions.

For instance if Chesus Rice wanted to go fuck himself, it would be okay with me. If Chesus Rice wanted to fuck an unwilling blowup doll and not pay for the service and expect others to pick up the tab, I'd have objections.

Why haven't we heard about the free money in the free market on the news?.....

Post 282 is completely wrong...

Again, the insurance companies are being forced to add a ton of additional features to policies. This will make ALL insurance policies more expensive.

I found out yesterday that I can no longer have a 5,000 dollar deductible as a single person. Obamacare is going to force me down to a 2,000 deductible. I went to 5,000 because I rarely get sick and wanted to pay lower premiums. Now I am being FORCED yet again into a policy I do not want. And my premiums are going to go UP as a result of it.

The government does not even allow competition across state lines, why do you think it wants competition at all?

Obamacare is designed to put insurance companies out of the healthcare business. And they are dropping like flies according to plan...

Obamacare is about destroying private healthcare insurance to force people into a one size fits all government plan that everyone has to join or pay a fine to avoid.

You are so excited that other people are going to have to pay for your healthcare that you fail to see the ultimate outcome of this...

If it was such a good plan, why is Obama delaying most of it until after the 2014 elections??? He just pushed off the altered minimum levels until 2015. The whole premise of Obamacare is based on a lie with endless more lies stacked upon it.

Cant wait to see how much my premiums increase this year regardless of what Obama says. That is unless I get dropped from my insurance because they are cancelling coverage for my state due to individual policies being too expensive and too difficult to manage. Then I get to join an exchange where I cant keep my doctor, have little to no choice in the plan and get to pay much much more for less care. Yeah, this is going to be sooo much fun...

you know i was just reading up on this..you can have a catastrophic policy..high deductible..you have to be under age 30 though..additionally, health subsidies are based upon income..you do have access to your own doctor and if you have had the policy in place prior to 2010, you will be grandfathered in with your existing policy if you'd like..there will be hmo, ppo, pos..several levels and deductibles bronze, silver, gold & platinum..additionally, your state may be included in medicaid expansion for those with poverty level incomes..

I am not under 30 so that argument is out the window.

So I get 3 choices on the exchange?? WOW!!! Some choice... Right now I have hundreds of choices and mine are going to be reduced to 3... YEAH, THANKS OBAMA FOR PROMISING ME MORE CHOICE!!!

I am not at poverty level income although it seems that if I were I would actually have more choices and receive more benefits than I do now...

Your arguments suck....
