Commercial (legal) questions from Oregon

We are in the process of buying a new house. It sits on almost 6 acres and has a shop with the remains of what once was a commercial grow setup. There are 3 rooms, each roughly 12'x17'. Each room has an A/C unit, 2-4 wall mounted fans, air ducting from room to room and also a couple of vents to the outside. There is a breaker box in each room with more wall sockets then I could possibly use.

Here are the questions;

1) I live in Oregon and can afford the "producers" license and the additional equipment to expand what I have now. What kind of production could I realistically expect from that kind of space?
2) I need to do some research, but wonder roughly what dispensaries are paying for bulk?
3) Do you think in the current "pro pot" environment that I could make enough of a profit (if I don't smoke too much of it lol)to justify the expense?

Current strains are' Blue Dream, Vortex and Cinex/NWCoffee. Have some new genetics that I am popping seeds on once we move in. Blue lotus crossed x Gorilla Glue, Lemon Shine x Blueberry, Cherry Pie x Blue Lotus, Dog x Blue Lotus (all bred local), and I have some fem seeds in Heavyweight Fruit Punch, Pyramid seeds Tutankhamon, Female seeds Iced Gapefruit, Delicious seeds Marmalate. Plan to pick up some newer strains also

There will always be a market for quality smoke....................
