I used to use miracle grow, it will burn your plants when they start to flower. You'll also need a lot more light, most in the 2700k range to flower if you're using cfls all the way through. I'd recommend Fox Farms Ocean Forest Soil and getting at least two 105w (actual wattage not incandescent equiv) clfs. That is the largest bulb in the states that will fit in a standard edison socket, which is what I'm assuming you're using. If I had to guess you're plant is stretching to reach the light.
If you keep going with your current set up you will be very unhappy with your end results. As the guy above me said - this place is a wealth of information, use the search function to do some research man. If you're only growing one stick with the cfls. If not look at High Pressure Sodium, Ceramic Halide, or LED lighting. It can definitely be done but it is harder to grow more than autoflowering plants with CFL with any deal of success.
