Ill grab another set tomorrow. Cant hurt. Im excited for them to finally break the surface, whats the average time till that happens? 72hours?

Yeah, in my experience normally like 3-5 days if you keep the soil moist. Do your pots have holes in the bottom?

Alright, I was just checking. Having holes in the bottom is pretty important for a newcomer because it makes it a lot less likely that you could overwater your plants. Now just keep your soil moist (not wet) and play the waiting game until they pop through.

I wouldn't jump right out and get an hps/mh $200 lighting system til you know you wanna grow. Go to walmart, get a couple of "Daylight" cfl's to start with, and hook them up to whatever you please, and keep them on your sprouts.

Any additional info I should ask?

Also, nothing yet, I think the seeds are trash. I went and check today and there is some SLIGHT mold starting to grow on the surface of the soil around the edges of the pot, any suggestions on what to do here? Im thinkign about ordering some seeds from Herbies, but am unsure, anyone have any experience with them?

its heat/humidity mate ave u got fans and stuff...scrap that pot it no good get rid of soil and rinse the pot with bleach and water give it a good scrub..and the deal is good..buy it

I just tossed a temp/humidity gauge in the closet, letting it settle down for about 5 min then Ill post a pic of the reading. No fans in the closet, that was next on the list, lack of fans will cause mold to build? Any info on Herbies?

I tossed everything I had going on before, starting fresh.

I got 6 seeds wrapped in a wet paper towel sealed up in a Tupperware container so it wont dry out.

Should I leave them like this?

How long till I check them again?
