The fruit/veggies, yogurt, yeast needs to be composted before using in a tea.
If you combine a sugar source with yeast, it will produce alcohol which is not good for plants. Mycorrhizal fungi needs to be applied directly to the roots, it does nothing but provide another food source for bacteria in a tea.

No reason to get fancy and add a bunch of other soil ammendeds that should already be mixed in your soil beforehand.
If you want to get fancy, go out and collect casting from different sources. Look under bricks or dead wood for castings that are still moist for a bacteria source. You will never find anything that beneficial for your tea/grow in a bag or bottle from the store.
