Compost vs worm castings

Not really … vermicompost is high in nutrition ( humus )- worms pretty much did the work already . Available to plant quickly.
And the bacteria in worm casting breaks down what isn't already available to the plants into nutrients available to them. A quick way to make the nutrients in bone meal available is to bubble worm casting and bone meal in a tea till the bone meal tea turns into a milky looking creamer.

Wish i had worm where im from.. too damn hot and the top 3 inches of soil is clay jaja
Top three inches i mean.. there sure is underground
