Suck cold air through radiator for best cooling!

I'm installing a heat pump, which some might say makes a compressorless chiller unnecessary. Noooooo, it still reduces the heat load, so any other cooling devices don't have to work as hard. That's saving operating cost.
The only way it could be counterproductive is if I have a bunch of stuff for that heat to do and the compressorless chiller is shedding too much of it outside!
