True, but they do catch people who do that. It is usually someone buying for a gang member or something. In my state Joe Six-pack is not required to keep any paperwork if he sells his weapon, but must ask to see a valid buyers permit or CWP before selling. 99.9% of the people don't know that unless they are or were in the business.

Right. My viewpoint in that there are so many damn laws is just do what I want If the law doesnt seem like it will hold up to a juries scrutiny. People have had it with the government including potential jurors.
