Concern about ILGM

I bought some seeds from them before reading some of the comments here. I'm wondering if what they send you is actually what you purchased, or if they just throw in some random seeds and send them off. Thanks.

They are what they say they are but just shit seeds a lot don’t pop a lot that do are just bad quality
Thanks. I bought some new ones from a smaller shop and they arrive this weekend … and can’t decide whether to give the current ones a try or just pitch them.

I'd practice with them, get your germination and seedling game down for when you get better seeds. Here is a good germination guide to go over and see if you're doing something that could be causing your germ issues https://www.mandalaseeds.com/Guides/Germination-Guide

As far as genetics, I've personally never had an issue having grown 50+ plants all from ILGM over the past 3 years.

A new grower is going to have "growing pains" regardless of where they buy their first seeds from. ILGM just happens to be one of the places new growers buy from. They try to pop seeds, have issues, and then blame the company.

There's plenty of examples here if you do a search.
I'm not saying ILGM is the best, but I've only had 2 seeds from them that wouldn't germinate, and I'm definitely no expert @ growing.

I agree with you and don’t definitely being a new grower you are going to run into many different issues, some self created others not . two and three years ago I had very good turnouts from ilgm, but my last two orders from them where complete junk the seeds that did pop where just not right and troublesome even my outside ones from them all turned out off and I had some from Barney’s farm and some from rqs that didn’t give me any problems but everyone from ilgm do lately I get a lot of good info and evrything from ilgm but the quality of the seeds is noticeably worse than it was before

Now that I can believe.
I'm still running seeds I bought 2+ years ago that have been sitting in my refrigerator.

My mom sent me a pack for my birthday. I never thought that day would come. It gone from stealth missions from Marc emery... to seeds from my mom from Ilgm. I popped there version of gg4 last week. Three out of five. At least I can tell her the truth. When she asks "did you start those seeds?"

You might be pleasantly surprised. I was quite happy with how the GG#4 turned out.
