condensation in Quantum board

There's condensation inside the cover of the UV Quantum board.

I don't really know why it's there, the room is at about 65% humidity.

I don't know why the UV Quantum board has this plastic cover but the regular Quantum boards do not that I own. Anyone?

It doesnt look like the permanent coating some boards come with. I think its just there to protect during shipping so I'd take it off.

I have never used covers on my boards take that thing off it rally can't help at all

Kinda like that yes, I live in Asia. I think its a good light with Meanwell and Samsung parts, 240 watts for less than 200$. Although this cover is, as you all say, not needed and may be a problematic...

The first pic looked like it was just a plastic film that peels off but now it looks like its supposed to be permanent since its screwed on. I would take it off.

They add those covers to protect the LED chip surface from reacting with chemicals in the air, causing diminished output. It is like a piece of glass on a HPS reflector, it will stop some light transmission. Personally I would remove the cover.
