Hey guys, this is my first time growing in coco. I havent grown for years and used to use soil. My partner does hydro so weve decided to give coco a go.

Of course what I've read is you need to keep coco moist never let it go dry... so far I've only fed/watered once after initial soaking and to me they still feel slightly moist.

I'm super afraid of over watering so I've held off next feed. However I then get paranoid because people say you need to do it everyday.

Just wondering what people class as moist? When I squeeze the coco in my fingers it feels damp but no excess water comes out. To me that feels like the right kinda feeling. However having last watered 4 days ago I feel like they need something.

I was going to stick to just cal mag, micro, bloom and grow. But I have some microbtea i might give them.

Does my coco look dry?

They look very fuschia, lovely. Unfortunately I can't tell under that light.

I grow in coco and I feed once daily. You have to fertigate coco. I feed until I get about 20% runoff. In my opinion coco is the way to grow. I will not grow in anything but coco. I will include a couple of pics of my plant in its 10th week of flower.20210807_190137.jpg20210807_190130.jpg20210807_190112.jpg

With those size containers and what appears to be a good amount of perlite........overwatering isn't an issue.
Personally, I would start feeding to run off at least every other day for a few days........then daily.
Good luck.
