Confused about harvest

Hello.

I have rookie question. I planted one seed which I got with weed once. I don't know the strain, I just planted it. It is about 65 days old.
So my question now is when would she be ready to harvest (pictures are attached)? I'm confused because half of pistiles have already turned brown but i can't se much resin (except on calyx with magnifier). Is this just bad genetics or I should just wait longer?

Well. codos on the attempt. But she is looking kinda light starved are there seeds in it? did it herm out on you? what kinda enviroment and lights were you using. also is this just a swag seed? because bagseeds tend to have bad genes that is why the guerrilla growers plant in the thousands because they dont yeild very much per plant due to the lack of TLC. Pistils really cant be used as a timeline because they change at different times through the grow a way to use this is when they look like the hairs are "dieing" and withering into the Cola.

Your harvest could be the results of lots of things, including bad genetics. However, based on how sparse the buds are I'd say you could have used more light to get fuller buds. If you want more crystals try dropping the temp, especially at night. Cooler temps will cause the plant to create more resin as a way to protect the plant. At this point there may not be much you can do beyond that. But this is not too shabby for a 1st grow with 1 bag seed.

I think you may want to scrap that one. you need way more light, your bud barley developed. other than that you made a health plant and got lucky if you only started 1 seed and got a female

Perhaps it's some sort of malformed hemp variation. Possibly a new strain. I would stick it out, you've gone this far, see it to the end, see what comes of it. When you smoke it, you'll know: if you end up with a bad headache, it's shit, if you end up on some other planet... send me some.

Thanks for your replies. I was lucky that only one seed which I had developed so far.
I am having this plant in student dorm where lightning is an issue and I assume that's the bigest problem. It's my first time so I learned the basics and will start whit new indoor grow in new study year (october) of course better prepared (HPS light mounted in closet...).
With this plant... hmm... I'll wait for 2-3 weeks and smoke it then.

That's not really something to tell a novice, because it's not sound information. OP, you grew a bagseed (probably with fluorescents or the like) and you got a female. Probably not gonna be anything to hook an award, but everyone starts somewhere. I don't recall you saying if it were 65 days from seed or flower but since it's so airy and still has new pistils, I'd say give it a wait. New growth means more to yield. Invest in some sort of microscope (even a 20-40x zoom works) and start looking at trichromes. Also, read a few articles about more advanced growing techniques. Your biggest friend when you learn to grow is the search bar (or google). I say +1 and stick with it. You can never do too much research though!

i have seen such worse attempts to grow that i am happy for you that you got lucky. it is a bit on the sleek side with maybe not enough lights/nutrients?????? but it couldve been a hell of a lot worse...at least you have BUDS whether their big or not when you smoke them im sure youll be happy to ry grow bigger better next time. i look at it as motivation

Your plant probably just needs to grow and flower longer. I've found under insufficient light they can take up to twice as long to flower.
