you CAN use it during veg as well, as some growers do, although others say its mostly used during flower as the plants use more energy meaning they need more sugar(in the molasses) its up to you i guessIve read that you should use molasses during flowering... but the reasons state that it is good for feeding the soil organisms.
If thats the case, why not use it during the entire grow and not just in flower?
some swear by it, but its really up to you bro. some may find it expensive to use during the entire grow. as for using brown sugar instead, i have no clue but i would sure like to know if it would be a good substitutionIt seems to me that you would absolutely want to use it for the entire grow. Why would you not want to increase microbial activity in the soil?
I'm trying to figure out why nobody recommends it...
I mix the mollassess WITH my nutes. That way the plant get's plain water, then nuted/mollassess water, then plain water (continue cycle)I'll water with plain water, and then water with nutes and i am always on this cycle. Every second watering contains nutes.
Would it be a good idea to add molasses each time i do the plain watering? Or would that be too much?

I was under the impression that the main purposes of molasses is to feed to soil micro organisms, which is why i was wondering why nobody recommends using it the whole grow...
