Confused about molasses usage

you CAN use it during veg as well, as some growers do, although others say its mostly used during flower as the plants use more energy meaning they need more sugar(in the molasses) its up to you i guess

Can you use brown sugar instead of molasses since it is raw and unrefined?

some swear by it, but its really up to you bro. some may find it expensive to use during the entire grow. as for using brown sugar instead, i have no clue but i would sure like to know if it would be a good substitution

I mix the mollassess WITH my nutes. That way the plant get's plain water, then nuted/mollassess water, then plain water (continue cycle)

i use liquid fert with mollasses mix in it shaken up good. 3/4 days later feel the pots if they feel light then its time for the plants to get krunk

Growers use it more towards carbs to bulk up buds/trich production (well some like to believe it aides in trich production or "sugar") It also has many Micro-nutrients, if your plant needs the sugar from the molasses to compensate for energy that your not giving your plant, well thats just plant abuse....
OP make sure to use "Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses"

Well IMO its not the fact they dont recommend it, just that maybe some just dont see a difference when using molasses and not using it for veg cycle. Of course you would want it for flower cycle for various reasons, but as long as you stick to the general veg outline as most growers go by your veg plants would already be satisfactory anyway.

adding sugars during the flowering period will yield like 35% more weight for nothing.. it only packs on the weight during flower that is why folks use it during flowering.. i don't think anyone does it because it is good for the plant, rather it just adds weight..
the folks i know could give 2 craps less about it being good for the plant if it didn't effect over all weight.
