the plant in the picture has a few seeds not sacs correct you at some time have had sacs in there could they been from the other plants you have already cut down it takes a little while for seeds to develop so check your plant over good to see if theres any on there or did the pollan come from somewhere else may off your clothes from outside source?

yup, lots of plants will throw a few nanners (male flowers) early in flower, if you watch em you can usually pick em off and they'll stop growing them after a week or two. if you miss a couple, you get a few seeds, no problems, i'm sure you only have a few, let it finish and smoke that shit.

and yeah, can't pollinate a plant thats got no flowers on it yet

Unfortunately probably crouching tiger hidden flower. It's happen to me before miss one or two flowers on a stress induced hermie missed it during my daily checks then boom jacked my whole grow. But don't chop just wait it out smoke it and remember the old days when you used to get seeds in your bud from your local weed man.

So where does the pollen actually come out of? The nanner?

So you leave the seeds and pluck the nanner? I gave the plant away last night. I have girls that are ready for that room anyway. Do I need to wipe down the room good before I put them in there or was it too early for the pollen to have been released? I wonder why the two that was in with it that i just harvested didn't get pollinated? They didn't have any seeds on the buds that I could see.

The pollen sacs will look like a little yellow banana coming out of the bud, pluck it off or you will have seeds. After I run pollen through my room I vacuume and spray the walls with peroxide then just let it dry. I keep any plants from flowering for 2 weeks and leave fans on high. I havnt had a problem with the next crop getting pollenated. Maybe a stray seed or 2 but nothing to be concerned about

all you really have to do is spray the whole room down with water real good and let it dry, water fucks up pollen. unplug everything, mist the hell out of it, and let it dry good before you plug stuff back up

Just an FYI female marijuana plants typically only throw out nanners when you are stressing the plant ie; over watering, overfeeding , too hot, too much humidity or not enough moisture.and last but not least if the seed you are growing is what they call feminized if done properly only stress will trigger a hermaphrodite if done with seeds that are made by using colloidal silver technique it's hit or miss even if your doing everything right might just hermie all by itself I've had it happen to me hundreds of times good news is that if you gets seeds they are 90% female seeds

A plant with hermi traits can hermi without stress. It is not always stress sometimes it's just a hermi. Coloidal silver prevents a female plant from producing ethylene which is what makes it female, without it you get male flowers on a female plant. The pollen from this flower contains no y chromosomes making female seed. If you start with stable genetics you get stable genetics out. If you breed with a hermi you get hermies coloidal silver dies not make hermies, breeders do.

The nanners were white. Does this mean they were immature and not yet producing pollen? I'm confused as to why the plants next to it didn't have seeds?

no, if they were visible they were producing pollen, they don't waste time.
they're usually yellow, but i've seen some that were very light and some that were almost orange, just depends on the plant.
the timing may not have been just right to get the next plant, or the airflow was the wrong way, or even the humidity was too high the day it popped...who knows, just be happy it didn't
