well some jobs will still require a drug test, i mean i don't want someone operating something while high especially heavy machines while I'm around. its a liability. it does alter your mind like other drugs to where your not as aware of things. so for some jobs don't count on it. And since there is no way to tell if someone is high off the bat there will still be drug tests.
Yea i agree theres a time to to relax and theres a time to work but untill people learn the difference there will still be drug tests, which are complete garbage because if someone likes to have fun every once in a while and fail the drug test most employers just think your some kind of crackhead

right, but i was not talking about doing away with random uro's, they do serve a purpose, to make sure we have a sober work force. i was talking about weekend/night tokers, as this bill is a decriminalization of pot for personal use.

Good point armand i really hope they at least make a test that shows if a person is currently high, because i just like to smoke a little on the weekends but these stupid drug tests just say im a druggie, or thats what the employer might think if i fail
