I understand your concerns I have dealt with others might's and cleared them of them. Fortunately I don't ever get might's in my room but I don't bring anyone else's strains around and if I do I quarantine them for a couple weeks. As far as sterilization I plan on running a laboratory environment. As far as employees coming and going there will be a strict employee policy. I don't have the details for you at this time.

Employees should shower in and have lockers. Clean work clothing should be supplied in house. Don't trust a linen service imo.
