Continuous leaf loss

Hi. I have a plant that is now in the beginning of week 5 of flower. Around the start of week 5 the plant has started losing leaves randomly around the plant as you'll see on the photos.
Medium: soil
Nutrients: general hydroponics flora ser + calmag.
Water: pH 6.5

The plant received a full strength feeding 2 days ago and the issues continue. Maybe it's nutrient burn? My EC meter broke 2 weeks ago so I've been kinda eye-balling it. Tops of the plant are looking good so far but if this continues at this speed, the plant won't make it those 3 - 5 more weeks.

I'm using a 600W HPS light around 38 cm (15“) from the canopy. Though the affected leaves are generally all over the plant but not on top
Too much light can stress them to defficiency which does not need to be situated on top of the plant, but your distance seems to be OK. Are you using tap water? If so what are your EC and pH values of it?

I’m running a 600w HPS I’m 28”. Just to give you an idea. Raise your light until you get your plants fixed.

I'm adjusting the pH to 6.4 -6.5.
Watering with tap water + calmag (my tap water is very low on dissolved solids)
For feeding the EC should be around 1.6 but that's an approximation cuz like I said, don't have a working EC meter currently

Raise your light
Give some Epsom salt to your plant
Give it a few days and it should look better
Then lower your light back down if you want.

Btw you say your eyeballing your nutrients. That’s not good either. You need measure GH nutrients. I’m using Lucas formula right now and it’s working good.

By "eyeballing" I meant that I can't accurately measure the resulting EC of the solution or the runoff from the plant. When it comes to ratios, I'm using the GH recommended ones. With the amount to approximately hit EC of 1.6. What is Lucas formula? Also you are recommending epsom salts. That's magnesium and sulfur, right? What is the reasoning for that?

Pic 1 has a leaf in the center. that leaf has mag def (late stages) yellowing leaves (not veins) means mag deficiency. You didn’t catch it and it continued until it took it all from the leaf. Then it repeated it to most of your leaves. Without mag this will continue.

you also have some green leaves following suit to your yellow ones. You need to stop it now before they are all yellow

Yeah, I need to wait for my next paycheck to get a new EC meter so that will be next week. I've been using calmag with a full dose every watering that's why I wasn't suspecting Ca or Mg to be lacking.

It is possible that you have a lockout if you d been feeding that much. Without numbers you’re just guessing.

Can be Calcium built-up, which cause pH drift up sky high and by its way locking other nuts out... big possibility since you feed full dose calmag every watering together with tap.
