Anyone ever use a wine cooler to dry?
I found one on Amazon that can go up to 64 degrees and has a built in fan to keep air movement. Iv done some searching around and can only find older posts.
Does anyone still do it and swear by it?
Wondering if this is an answer to consistent year round results? Keeping that 60/60. Im sure it could be overloaded and unable to maintain proper moisture levels if used improperly.
What about the harvest right freeze dryer?
24 hours and it’s ready for jars seems appealing, anyone swear by those? Id like to hear back from people that have personally done it. It’s a lot of money for something iv never seen the finished product of.
