Controlling Humidity & Venting

Ok so im trying to find the best way to vent my grow rooms. I have one veg room aprox 8x7x6.5 and a flowering room aprox 10.5x8.5x6.5. Both in a humid Michigan basement. Any one ever used these Duostats? ->http://www.amazon.com/Ventamatic-XXDUOSTAT-Adjustable-Thermostat-Ventilators/dp/B00336G1ME/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1298323872&sr=8-1

I ordered one 6" inline fan(530) and one 8" inline fan(675cfm). I was thinking of hooking the fan to a speed controller like this-->http://www.amazon.com/Fan-Speed-Control-by-C-A-P/dp/B004CT3M0K then to the duostat. What do you think?

Also i have 1 1000watt MH in the veg room and 2 600 watt HPS in air cooled hoods in the flowering room. Everything is aero.

I have one, i was just trying to figure out the best way to vent the room with the equipment i havst now am finishing up my flowering room and waiting on my fans and carbon to build a filter.

i would intake passively into veg through flowering and exhaust out from there. both fans used exhaust is better than using intake fan. and you're waaaay underlit for flower space. 2 600s can flower 8x4 max 50000lumen/sq.ft is the minimum
