No need really, they are on the wrong side of the law and public opinion. When ya sit at the seat of power, ya don't need to stand in the streets. People knew it was just a matter of time, the longer it goes on the more unpopular they become. DoFo is angling for the PM job one day and the delay was to try and make Trudeau look bad IMHO, plus it's kinda his crowd.

If the government didn't act people would eventually and there would be burning trucks and riots.

We here in Canada have chartered of rights and freedoms they r been strip away from us . FREEDOM OF CHOICE .
