7g for every 1/2 cup oil
best way to do it with out F'ing it up is to double boil it. all ya need is a pot with a metal pot/bowl that fits snug over the top of the pot. put water in the bottom on the pot just short of the pot on top. put your 1/2 cup oil and 7 grams oil in the top pot/bowl. turn the pot onto about 8-9. stir with a wooden spoon. you dont want the oil to go over simmer (this is why you double boil it) other wise it will burn all the good stuff out of it.
after about 2 hours set it out to cool. get a reusable coffe filter and strain the oil.
it should be green and stinky
use oil as called for
some people say cheese cloth but i had 0 junk in my oil with coffee filter
