Any Chefs out there making cannabis dishes?
Here is some butter from a Candida CD1 CBD strain I'll be using to prepare some chicken breasts. I saved some for the salad dressing as well. I'll be stuffing the breasts with some course ground pine nuts, bread crumbs, salt and fresh ground pepper, sage, and Candida CD1. I have no doubt it will be delicious.
Cannabis actually has a nutty flavor but it can be bitter. Strain dependent flavors. Kind of like paprika. Or other spices.
