Cooking with trim and leaves - how long are they good for after harvest?

Hi all,
I wanted to make some cannabutter with my trim, stems, and leaves. I harvested last week and now have a bag of dry, crackly leaves and stems. Are these still good to cook with? If not, what's the longest I could wait to cook with them? Thanks...

Why wouldn't they be?? Does your bud go bad after a couple days? I don't understand... thca decarbs to thc naturally, increasing neutral thc (not total thc) for about 240 days in the dark 140 in livht.then it begins to degrade, within a year you've lost about 25% of cannabinoids(when stored in the dark)..likewise stored in light at room temp thca only has a half life of about 35 days and undetected in 140. After 2 years thc undetectable
