cooling down grow box

i need help cooling down my grow box i have 3 27 watt cfl light bulbs one fan inside and one on the top blowing air out. any suggestions??

What's the temp like now? Are you checking in the shade? Direct light will effect the actual reading.

Fans don't typically help me lower temps, unless they are exhausting the heat. But a small humidifier might help lower your temps. It's a cheap fix and will help increase your Rh if it's low as well.

If you have a lid, you need a hole or a way for air to enter the bottom and be sucked through the box by the fan blowing air out via the top.

A sealed box that doesn't have an air inlet at the bottom to allow cool air to enter creates a vacuum.

so i should make another hole that makes cool air go in? but would that make the box what ever temperature it is the room and that wouldn't work because that would only bring the temp down a by a little bit
