I'm looking to purchase a greenhouse soon but having difficulty finding what size swap cooler would be appropriate.
The greenhouse will be 8'x24' I'm not sure of the total height but looks like it would be 8' at the highest point.
Here is a link for the one I'm considering buying, last one on the list:
http://www.shedworld.com/greenhouse.html
I'm living in the high dessert in California and it's known to get up to 110F+ in the summer here with the average high in July being 105F.
Would I be going by the total volume and CFM being exchanged every 1-2 min?
I have my eye on this model with a 3500 CFM rating but thinking it might be over kill:

Even if the greenhouse was a cube shape at 8x24x8 that would bring the total volume to 1500 cubic feet which would be way less than what the cooler is rated.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am pretty new to growing in a greenhouse.
