You can do it in almost any combination, HOWEVER in my experience running one fan to act as your exhaust and for cooling your light isn't optimal. You won't have any control-you will always have to run your exhuast at full speed because it's hooked up to your light. It's fine for now, but I would recommend getting your cooltube on it's own fan, and a seperate, more powerful fan for your filter/exhuast.
I would also put that fan immediately after your filter-the further it is away the more suction you lose.
Filter>Fan>duct>cooltube>ductc>window.
Like I said, this setup works but isn't optimal. I ran my tents like this at first just to save money-then I realized that If I had it this way I didn't have any control over my environment-when my exhuast runs full speed my humidity drops to low-since it also cools my bulb, I couldn't slow it down. I had to buy a humidifier then you risk ruining your carbon filter with too much moisture, etc. It's a can of worms when you don't have your exhuast on it's on fan with a speed controller.
I learned this the hardway...You should have sperate fans for exhaust and cooling your light/hood, and both your intake and exhaust should be on fan speed controllers< that set up actually gives you control over your environment.
