Will a cooltube give heat even when you use a duct fan to take heat out of tent?

Some heat? Yep. Too much heat will depend on several factors like size of light, size of fan, and size of tent.

130 watt cfl in a 1 metre tent isn't really going to be enough...

I run a 200W cfl and it only burns them if they actually touch the bulb, try moving the bulb further away from the plants if you can, dont think a cooltube is really necessary but really no a cooltube would not give you more heat in the tent
