A friends plant, can anyone help? Edit: copper tips only appearing on top bud sites but slowly creeping their way to rest of them

he's says bout 3 more weeks and no he hasn't flushed yet

could be tip burn, which is from feeding a couple hundred or so too hot, or prob. yellowing off.

probably too much feeding, look at those dark leaves and typical nute burn shows up on top/new growth
