Ive lived here my whole life so far and its not too big of a town so this happens to me kind of often. They know its always going to smell like weed so they always say it. We are "known drug users" and they know we sell. Theyve never busted me but they search me because ive been with people when they did. Last time we were at speedway they wouldnt let us leave cuz they said they got a complaint about weed. We were like we know we just got done smoking and you know we dont bring that on us, and if you keep searching us without ever finding anything our lawyers have told us to get searched on camera because its harassment after 4 or 5 times. They kind of backed off and let us go. Makes me think they didnt have a phone call to back it up but i could care less. This being one of the times we DID have something which we avoid completely. Only whats being smoked or delivered.

i got arrested once for driving without a registration (which i actually had, i just couldn't find it. The cop left it sitting on top of everything he pulled out of my glovebox though) because i wouldn't let them search my car. They actually put me in handcuffs and took me to jail, where i sat for 4 days because i didn't have the two grand that it cost to get me out. The police in my area are depraved.

no doubt about it. cops are always trying to bluff just enough for you to spill the beans if they suspect something. But on the off chance that you are arrested, admit to nothing even if they say that they have proof and it sounds believable, say nothing if they say that your partners have ratted you out, just say nothing until you talk to your lawyer PERIOD.
