CNN and other tv shit don't care unless you got handcuffs on,

the deal is ..underfunded cops and there like, use Bing Maps(best but blurry)

and or the paid subscription service to Google Earth to patrol their areas

even old farmer McDonald who's land you're growing on ..user these sat services

any strange little round green dots, where nice dark green sticks(corn) are

is immediately obvious, they WILL catch you, either with a drone or a hidden pir camera
