Thankyou ^^ Yeah, it just takes a bit of vison really. I want to make a fucking wolf head and I'm gonna damn well gonna get it out of this cardboard! Lol
Now I have to add the markings in red fur or felt. My fabric store ran out of fur in any color other than black so the rest is going to be fleece. It'll be simpler to get red felt from anywhere that go to the next town and buy a whole meter for just a tiny bit. Needs to make it look like this:

Added markings and made a nose; I made some charms/an earring while I was at it because I couldn't put the oven on for only one thing. Rilakkuma, a gameboy color and a pokeball.

Here we go, I'm doing Amaterasu from Oukami.
Work in Progress, GO!!!
Stage 1 - Cardboard and wire. I literally stuck cardboard on my head, put my finger where I wanted to put a fold with the wolf head shape in my mind. I have no templates so I keep using a mirror and memory to get the shape.
Stage 2 - Papier mâché. I'm using wheat paste and PVA for the first time, using a guillotine for paper strips is quicker than scissors, I have discovered...

I did exactly the same thing. I assumed she was talking about the wolf head until a went back and looked at the game boy.... with the bear head sitting right next to it. LOL

Ah cool, my Ma an I make bags/phone cases together. I helped make a patchwork quilt for the hospice I worked at once, but no expert... Do you have an Etsy shop? Could we see your work, too? I'd love to see your cases and nicely fitted clothes ;3
Ooh, can I sees croc boots aswell please? Ma has gotten into a croc obsession because they're good boots to work in; there's so many designs out there now... What's this about rainbows??!!!!!!
The bear, poke ball and gameboy are made from polymer clay. I've made a poke ball before, the other two will get neater with practise if I make them to sell..
Did you get around to making the hood scarf thingy? Xx

Nice work!!! The wolf head looks great. I reckon it'd scare my cat!! Is polymer clay 'flymo' ? I make jewellery occasionally and I'm a colourist for my friends (hair).

I'm thinking of trying Sculpey, Fimo is a little stiff.
Aw cool.. I model for a jewelry making friend and do a little bit of jewelrymaking but I don't know how to set stones and things 'properly' I have a large crystal collection and a rock tumbler, but don't make anything noteworthy.
I'd love to see your work!!! Post it!!!! :3

Haha!! Flymo is a lawnmower isn't it? You can tell I've been gone a long time!!
I work with metal, beads and pliers. I had a bead loom. I can wrap hair and make those embroidery thread friendship bracelets. That's been a while but I could teach it to kids. Shells are fun but you need a special drill. My Mum had a jewellery shop in South Molten St. The hand made stuff over here is really unusual. Think you'd like it. I like playing with the staple gun now. Will find some pics to put up. The hair was just for fun and now they pay me!!

Ahhh... I took some shells I collecte from the bottom of the river in trinidad to make into earrings but that they are so hard to shape!!! I put holes in a few with a penknife but cracked alot.. Need to suck it up and buy that drill then.. Ah sorry lovely... You guys might be better off using my personal email x

Here are some hair photos. I am not a hairdresser (and they all know this) but I really enjoy colour. I also cut but I´m not as keen with the scissors. Ive had some theory training from a hairdresser friend in the UK so I understand the basic principles. I haven´t fucked anyone up yet !! They decided to start paying me. It is a nice hobby to help my friends look great!!
Long layered cut with bright red slices at sides.
Colour correction and re-growth - highlights. Huge trim !!
Good trim and blonde slices to refresh her rock band look, she plays the drums.

Thats good to know. Maybe she'll see the post. Sometimes I have to get advice for colour correction and I usually email my friend in the UK. She's the top colourist at her Toni and Guy salon. I've got to do a friend tomorrow actually.

Ps. The only reason I started doing hair is because they are so bad at it here in Spain. Had I stayed in London I wouldn't have bothered. Standard is too high there! You've got excellent hairdressers on every high street.
