Cotyledon are yellowing.. help

My two plants sprouted 4 days ago. They are both in the exact same soil and get the same lighting. The first one is about 2 inches tall and on it's 3rd set of leaves. The second one is still struggling to get its first true leaves going. My problem is that the cotyledon are yellowing but everything as a whole is good. I have been sprinkling a little water every now and then but nothing I didn't do to the other one. Does anyone know why they would be yellowing THIS early. Also, it has taken a couple hits from a lamp and might just need sometime to recover.

what kind of lamp are you using? and your ph in your water.. im germinating right now and like 3 started out yellow.. as soon as i see it i put a clear grocery bag over it but first mist and making it real moist for humidity.. the clear bag will turn your leaves transparent to where you can alsmost see through them. once that happens it brings the color out.. i keep bags on until sprouts are about 2 inches. i use a shop light. soft white florescent bulbs. works great

I have about 4000 lumens in cfl's when they arent outside. I'm not sure of the ph but the water is distilled. I had a plastic dome over both of my plants and took them off at the same time. I've done everything the same for both plants.
