Cotyledons curled, no problem?

Its day 3 for my little baby. The cotyledons are curled down, especially the one in the back of the picture. Is there a possible problem, or should I not worry about it for now? Temps range from 70ish degrees in the dark to about 84 degrees in the light, and RH between 35-55% (will raise it once I get a spray bottle as a temporary solution).

Ok, thank you. I think I'm just being picky and try to pick at any situation that I'm not expecting to avoid trouble in the future. Glad to know it's all good, thanks.

Welcome to the world of growing friend!

It is completely normal for this to happen as Ringsixty said. They turn yellow until they fall off as the new leaves take over feeding the plant. Cotyledons are only in place temporarily to feed the new plant until a good root and leaf structure are established. Once it is no longer needed it dies.

Ah, ok! I was actually unaware of the yellowing and falling off. I would have started to panic when the time comes... thanks for the advanced warning haha

At the beginning and end of the plants life. Near harvest many fan leaves turn yellow and die as more energy is diverted into producing large buds.

Stay informed my friend, and good luck on your grow!
