could 24 plants be for personal

I want to start growing indoors but there are 12 strains I desperatly want to try if i had 1 of each strain and if i did get caught could i say it was for personal use,
once on a show on the BBC there was a guy growing 300 plants to make his own strains (breeding) and he got away with a warning for 300 PLANTS! so if marked out the different strains could i get away with 12 plants (12 mature and 12 clones cycle)

i dunno much about England but here in CA thats personal use!
It takes alot more herb to make edibles.
And doctors would rather you eat it than smoke it.

No.. You might end up getting off easy, but they wouldn't consider it personal even if they just trashed your plants and told you to smarten up.. Ppl who expect to get off easy are fools.. It may happen, but it's nothing worth banking on.. Know your crimes, know the laws in your jurisdiction, and take prudent precautions to avoid being caught..

laws vary from county to county in CALIF there is no ONE set law... Here locally according to their website they allow
UP to 12 this is 6 immature or 6 mature
so HERE you may not have more then 6 mature plants (law is vague on what a ""MATURE PLANT" ) is.

There are also requirements that must be kept if you have an outdoor grow as well. (certain size fencing etc) and even a limit on ammounts
up to 8 oz


check you local township or county on normals website or local gov sites
