I am not sure I follow you. Are you suggesting lower quality bud makes lower quality concentrate? FWIW the best batch of oil I have made so far with my Source Turbo was from 3 year old outdoor Blueberry.

Lower grade as in stuck up growers that if its isn't some new Pink this Kush tha, they don't consider it a strain worth growing aka beaster bud. I've give out Jamaican to a lot of people and 99% like it but it does have quite a bit more crystals than other strains so it was used to make hash/concentrates. Most of it was exported out east from BC.

If you're an average person who doesn't care to be blasted 24/7 but they might want to make edibles/concentrates for friends why spend say $1200 for a LB when you could get a LB for $500-800 and the edibles would still fuck people up. Or who would want to spend 4 months growing 4 plants to get 2 LB when you can get it way cheaper.
