I do like me some Trainwreck. AK47 is whatever, good indica stone. Church is over rated IMO and hard for a new grower to get right on the first try.
I like Trainwreck and the trainwreck crosses more than anything.
If someone could cross Trainwreck with Durban Poison, and then cross that with some Skunk Berry (Blue Skunk, whatever)... Oh shit, somewhere in there is my favorite.

The question of if any strain is good for medicinal purposes would be totally dependent on what those medicinal needs actually are. Any medicinal strain that is not one that helps a person's specific medicinal needs is pretty much worthless too them as a medication.
Just talking general strain quality, depending on whose Train Wreck and AK47 you are talking about, they are very good strains. The Church is average as genetics go. I tried it when it was first released and it was very easy to grow, it did not 'complain' at all and it produced fairly well, but when it came to potency and enjoyability it was nothing to write home about.

Purchase regular seeds (not feminized seeds) and pollinate a female of one strain with the pollen from a male of another strain.how would someone (as U say cross ), 2 strains ???

Quite a few of the white strains are quite good for pain in general, White widow, white shark... but as pointed out my the wise one Brick Top where does it hurt and how much so to help out and get you there....

put it this way,,back pain 0-10 ( 12 ),,axiety,shoulder, lot of times i have to wait for 2 -3 to even shave, cause of my shoulder, hip, ( 12 )n right legg and all the VA is giving me is pain pills , 2 every 8 hours, M/R 2 every 8 hours.
thay don't work, plus VA fl, does beleive in the MJ Med.

AK47 is a pain in the ass imo (atleast the strains i've grown)...
I'm a big fan of the whites. I have ridiculous anxiety along with upper and lower mega back issues.. The whites help me sleep right through it all night. best of luck...
