could i transplant at seedling time?

my plants just rised above soil yesterday but im a dumb ass and put them in one container and in a clear container
i wanna transplant to about a same size pot is it to young to transplant will they die or should i just wait intill there atleast 2 weeks old?

no do it now as the roots are only going to become more knitted.

thanks for the info dude just replanted had a nice strong root going i found out i had insects any idea what they were? they were mostly on the bottom of the soil and they jumped or *flew* i seen a black little bug flying around in the soil earler u think mabe some gnats? pretty sure this soil might be infected so i poured some soil in sprayed some insect soap then poured more repeat hoping to get rid of them never buy 1$ all purpose soil i geuss
