These plants enjoy being bend an tied down. Removing some leaf is also no big deal at all. Look into scrogging, def the best way to go imo but not possible in every space but gives you a idea of how much this plant loves to be shaped.

Ill have to do SCROG next time since these ended up getting so tall before I topped them. Hell, topped them yesterday and I'm seeing little baby kolas so I'm hoping that they turn out
