Could this be revege or foxtailing?

I've got this plant outside as of last week she was getting huge with big thick and dense flowers all over her, a couple days ago I noticed it was starting to look like some of the flowers were stretching out a little and loosening up, I was thinking possibly foxtailing but a friend of mine has suggested a reveg could be coming? I thought she was close to being ready for harvest.. but now I'm not sure..

You shouldnt be seeing a reveg unless your days are getting longer. Reveg leaves usually start off rounded at the tip instead of being sharp and serrated like they normally look. Just looks like funky flower structure due to poor nutrition.

The "trick" to spotting reveg is that the uppermost growth of the bud would be a leaf or leaves, usually a skinny basil leaf looking thing. The top of yours are still pistil growth
