Same thing I was wondering my compost is H farms cow .5.5.5 and sheep .5.5.5 fully compost manure from canadian tire just fed my outdoor girls about half gallons 2 ft diameter around rootstem well not fed just placed, my girls r about 3 1/2ft 4ft tall lill Christmas trees starting to bush out but for mix per gallon would like to no how much bag says 1 part soil 1part compost but dont want soil hot if that mix is hot, hope we can get some good advice thanks
