They where free seeds but they where ones I wanted to try. Pineapple Express and Grapefruit.

They have been water for two days now. Will post some pics tomorrow.Always a chance..update us.

I left mine in water (uncracked) for a few days or so not meaning to and most have long tails and have come out of the seeds and the two leaves are yellow... is this ok?

I've heard you shouldn't leave seeds in water for more than three days. This is how I've had most success popping seeds: soaking in a cup of water for three days then planting. Usually by that point, there's the tip of a taproot emerging from the seed, but there is often that cloudy stuff around the seeds. Not sure what it is, whether it's good or bad, but it's there and hasn't seemed to affect the seeds/seedlings. And just to add my two cents, telling the seed place they sent crushed seeds is lying. If nothing else, its bad karma.

I always thought the hairs was fungus growing on the seed where the seed was starting to get water logged and rot.
Of course I've had terrible luck in trying to sprout some pills so take what I saw with a grain of salt lol

Very bad karma for them! Hey mine all are beutiful green little girls/boys now! it was around 3 days, I always have planted within a day so great thing to learn I am not usually this successful!
toss them there a lossAfter three days in water these little gals have this almost hair like stuff coming out of them. Here are some pics. Any ideas on what that is?
