from what I've read(and retained in my rube goldberg brain!), it seems I remember hearing something about f2's showing multi pheno's instead of true breeding...is this the way to crack open the genetics to get close representations of grandparents or aunts & uncles? e.g.- I'd like to dissect breeds like lavenderG, to get back the lost fruity pheno, which would probably show up in the progeny of the black indica pheno. perhaps one of a kind really is one of a kind; or maybe the genetic sequence is simple enough(compared to -say-people) that the chance of a one of a kind popping back up are better than previously thought...? I get going on my obsessive mad scientist kick, and start thinkin' about doing f2 splits, and recombining...like with the lavenderG black sativa(definite breeder),and keep sending it north(sativa). the immense possibilities in the world of weed reminds me of the domestic dog explosion way back when...pretty soon, common people won't be bragging "oh yeah! trainwreck is the shiit!"; it'll be "yeah!..you just can't beat 'hobo jenny' trainwreck, or her cousin 'princess grace slick'!".
