crazy ass shit

Wow.... so my buddy moved today to a new townhouse right.... and I helped him move.... I'm moving boxes into the kitchen, and I trip up a tile and the tile comes loose... and I'm like WTF....... we lifted up the tiles... and somebody had the floor completed saw'd out... and the tiles were on top and you couldn't EVEN TELL!!!

It dropped down about 4 feet, and underneath the townhouse there is a room about 15 feet long, by 10 feet wide by about 5 feet tall (can't quite stand up all the way) with air ducts all set up where somebody was growing underneath there.... there was a carbon filter set up on the one side, and whoever lived there before even drilled through the concrete to get the exhaust outside!!! there was power hookups (why would u need power under your townhouse), little jars filled with nutrients written on them like "10-30-20 Flowering Nutes" and there was dried up fan leaves on the floor.

Fucking crazy shit eh?

This was completely concealed underneath the tiles in the kitchen... with a wooden trapdoor built overtop... and whoever set this grow up... also had to cut through the floor into the foundation... because it's a rented townhouse, and theres ABSOLUTELY no reason why you would need to be underneath there.... you can tell it was made by hand.... even power hookups down there spliced by hand

oh ya, and I forgot to mention... we also found 5-6 pots with soil in them labeled "SD"... one can only assume Sour Diesel

Thats pretty sick, but like he said its probably your basement, whats the clearance down their? Only 4 feet? Not much room to grow height wise.

There is no basement in these townhouses, sorry guys... this was cut in by someone..... I live 5 minutes from where he moved, in an exact same layout townhouse with no basement... and I know another couple... no basement.... and there was grow ducts built, nutes left over, and dried up fan leaves.

mann thats fucking incredible... i dno why evryone else is taking this so lightly lmfao. if i moved into a new place and found that id be happy as a pig in shit!! absolutly nutss! lol to be completly honest if i was your friend id rip that fucking place appart,thers a good chance there is a few more stash spots in there,likly used for money guns and finished product! lol.. and the factt that all that stuff was left behind would make one think they left in a hurry with total disreguard for that kinda stuff.. let me know how that goes( cause now im sure your curious lmfao) nice find!

Yeah eh... I never thought about digging the floor down to make the room taller.... it's enough room to grow though man, the pictures didn't do justice... it was too dark and I only had a cellphone... I will illuminate the whole room and take a better picture from a digital camera, and then you'll know what I mean.... It's not my house, so I'll have to ask my buddy... You will even see the ventilation system that was built by this person.... it's actually pretty nice.... minus the duct tape... haha and whatever nutes they were using was a blue powder.... it was in a margarine jar labeled "10-30-20 Flowering Nute"

Buddy your a fucking idiot.... dirt floor... plastic on the ground..... 4 foot clearance so you can't even stand up.... FLOOR BEAMS right above your head.... you're a fucking idiot man... that's NOT a basement... its the foundation.

not to take sides or anything here,but im sure theres is many states that dont have basments,florida being the only one that im aware of.
