cages are a must now, next year I will probably put a smaller cage on when they get transplanted and another when they bush up a bit.

Ya gonna need 14 ft high cages bro...dare i say maybe you could just plant straight in the ground next year or bury your pots to help with height access ?

All over it mate, I can't stop thinking of ways to improve for next season...everything will be going in the ground and the holes will be lined with geo fab for drainage.
