If my grow room is inside of my master bedroom would I still need to provide my grow with extra co2 ? 3 of us should be enough co2 being released in my room or no? What do you guys think ?
It really depends on the size of your grow and how much airflow you have.If my grow room is inside of my master bedroom would I still need to provide my grow with extra co2 ? 3 of us should be enough co2 being released in my room or no? What do you guys think ?
Thinking about getting 8×4 grow tent a whole new set up big ass carbon filter of course lolIt really depends on the size of your grow and how much airflow you have.
True just the light or light I was looking into has stated that for optimum growth co2 needs to be above average around 400 to 800I run 2 tents in a closet and I don't use co2 because I bring in enough fresh air to supply my plants with needed co2 .a lot of growers use co2 but for most good airflow will get your plants what they need. Plus I hate to see growers waisting$$
So my 2 tents are probably going to be close to the same size as your big tent so I would try a few runs without co2 and see how it goes. Maybe you will feel good about no co2 maybe you will want to add it but it is a constant cost and the initial setup is also fairly expensive .Thinking about getting 8×4 grow tent a whole new set up big ass carbon filter of course lol
What light are you looking at??True just the light or light I was looking into has stated that for optimum growth co2 needs to be above average around 400 to 800
I was looking at the spyder x plus, or even building one but once ppfd rises over 1050 they ask for more co2 ? RightWhat light are you looking at??
South west over here lol maybe it's less smhAlso with all the co2 we are putting into the atmosphere ppm's are normal around 400-450, at least in the south east where I am
See I didnt think so either. It stated that to get the most out of the light co2 supplementation above ambient levels would increase yield. So looking at the light I just don't see any reason why plants growing under that particular light would need more co2 than under any other light . I am a professional cannabis grower in a facility with 30,000 plants and hundreds of lights and I have never heard of a plant using more co2 under a certain light compared to another
They are correct, co2 above ambient will increase yield but how much? And at what cost? Is it worth it to spend the$$ for co2 to get an extra 20 grams? That's just an example but you understand .I would try it without co2 first. You can always add it later. And get comfortable with the strains your running as well. Too many variables and you will have a hard time judging resultsSee I didnt think so either. It stated that to get the most out of the light co2 supplementation above ambient levels would increase yield.
Lol I feel you. I have spent almost a grand on lights this year, I don't want to spend any more than I have toIts asking between 800-1400 co2 levels. I'm thinking a human body will produce that alone? Not sure but dont want to waste money on co2 tank . Bad enough I want that expensive ass light .
Yea no lie just want to start shitting out weight. Better light more yield if not the fluence I'm going samsung f series strips. What you running under?Lol I feel you. I have spent almost a grand on lights this year, I don't want to spend any more than I have to
You never really need to provide a grow with extra CO2, more will increase yield (see study provided below). But until you have everything else dialed in and can understand VPD you won't need it.If my grow room is inside of my master bedroom would I still need to provide my grow with extra co2 ? 3 of us should be enough co2 being released in my room or no? What do you guys think ?
I have 2 tents. One has a 400 watt mh/ hps. The other tent has a tester light I got from geyepex. It has 6 COB's and pulls 300watts. I like both of them. The 400 grows big ass buds and has good penetration into the canopy. The COB's produce super sticky plants because of the extra uv and ir but it doesn't produce the same weight because of lack of penetration so I grow smaller bushier usually indica under the COB's and bigger more sativa leaning plants under the 400Yea no lie just want to start shitting out weight. Better light more yield if not the fluence I'm going samsung f series strips. What you running under?
