Creating a Journal

How do i create a grow journal that i can update weekly and post pics, and then it attaches to the bottom of my post to other members threads so they can see it also??? Dumb question i know, but sincere. not looking for the not funny joke responses some people like to post......

To do that you need to have to link to your grow journal in your signature.
as for pictures you probably know that already.
