Creating hookah pen smoke

ok so I need some help and a costumer as me for some oil he can smoke out of a hookah pen , I have around 7 grams of qwet I made with 99% ISO , my question is how would I make this oil pliable to use I. A vale/hookah pen thanks

Just a heads up,when you use ISO you did a qwISO run, qwET is when you use ethanol.

But there are a few good threads on how to make ejuice. Basically using ej mix i believe and they add a flavor.
